The fund seeks to achieve medium to long-term capital appreciation through Investments in primarily quoted shares and options (but with the ability to also invest in warrants, rights issue, preference shares, notes, convertible instruments and derivatives from time to time) to assist small and medium capitalisation, publicly listed companies with a continued stable source of longer-term funding.

Deal sourcing is via our regional network, where we assist companies looking to raise capital via equities.
The Fund aims to provide funding in three main geographies; Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.
The Fund invests across small to mid-cap space.
Average funding size ranges from USD10m – 20m.
With average tenors of option facility ranging from 3 – 5 years.
The Fund intends to focus on its core product, Equity Options where funding is provided in small tranches over a period in return for a discount upon drawdown and conversion into new ordinary shares of the Option Writer so as to minimize risk and maximize return.
However, the Fund may, from time to time, invest in situations such as placement shares, listed convertible equities, where there is an attractive discount on a rights issue, or any other quoted equities.
