appreciation through investments in private companies with the
potential to be listed on any recognised stock exchange. It may
also invest in Management Buy-Outs or Leverage Buy-Outs.

The fund will invest into Pre-IPO/RTO companies, that are looking
for growth capital.
And will focus mostly on pre-Initial Public Offering and
pre-Reverse Takeover deals where there is certain level of
assurance in the business and the deal structure.
Each investment will typically be invested for 6 months to 24
months. However, The Fund may deploy longer-term investment
strategies depending on the potential growth of the company.
The Fund benefits from synergies as a result of investing through
its separate strategies, adding value to the business both
strategically and throughout the capital structure.
